19-year-old Austin Stephen Shipp dies after losing control of vehicle on Highway 9 outside Little Rock, Arkansas

Austin Stephen Shipp, 19, was driving on Arkansas Highway 9 when he lost control while negotiating a curve, causing his vehicle to leave the road and strike a tree. Shipp was pronounced dead on site.
