Las Vegas, NVA woman is dead after a head-on collision near I-215 and Windmill Lane when a Toyota truck driven by an allegedly impaired driver was traveling in the wrong direction along westbound I-215 and collided with a Hyundai. The female driver of the Hyundai died at the scene of the accident. Emergency crews transported the 31-year-old male driver of the Toyota to University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
