St. Louis, MOOne person hospitalized after a multi-vehicle wreck involving a truck on Interstate 64 in west St. Louis Tuesday morning.
Officials say a truck slammed into a median on westbound I-64 near Big Bend Blvd. around 6:15 a.m. The driver was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
Two left lanes of the interstate were closed while crews cleaned up the scene. They were back open by about 6:45 a.m.
