responded to a crash involving a car and school bus in the 29500 block of Ninth Avenue South in Federal Way on Tuesday afternoon. A spokesperson from South King Fire & Rescue said that the crash happened at 2:50 p.m. According to the spokesperson, one student on the bus and three in the car were taken to local hospitals to be evaluated. It appears that they all have minor injuries. Another school bus was on scene to pick up students and continue the route.

Two 14-year-olds and a 25-year-old woman suffered serious injuries in a high-speed crash in Des Moines on Saturday. At about 3 p.m. Des Moines police responded to a two-vehicle collision in the intersection of South 240th Street and 20th Avenue South.Investigators said the vehicle that caused the crash was travelling southbound at a high rate of speed on 20th Avenue South, ran a stop sign and struck the other vehicle, which was traveling eastbound on South 240th Street.
