Hartford & New Haven, CTVitally Fodor of Westfield, Massachusetts, was driving a 2002 Honda Accord near exit 49 just after 7:30 p.m. when he struck the guardrail of I-91 southbound. Fodor was pronounced dead at the scene, and his two passengers, Alexandr Banari of Bloomfield, New Jersey and Yurly Sivolobov of New Britain, were brought to area hospitals to be treated for serious injuries.
