Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNThe fatal collision occurred at 12:03 p.m. on I-35E north at Minnesota Highway 36 near Little Canada. Robert Nelson, 23, was killed. A car driven by Owen Duncanson, 57, of White Bear Lake, was traveling north in the left lane of the interstate near County Road 36. Nelson was traveling fast, changed lanes, and hit the passenger side of the car. Nelson lost control of the motorcycle and was ejected.
