Police arrived on the crash scene shortly before 2 a.m. near Chili Coldwater Road and Interstate 490 and found a Jeep rolled over with two unconscious men trapped inside with minor injuries. After they freed the two men, Jesse L. Willey, 23, and Nathan M. Williams, 19, and performed first aid, it was found that they had ingested heroin and had it in their possession. Willey, the driver, and Williams both face charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance. Willey was also charged with driving while impaired with drugs. Both were issued appearance tickets for Chili Town Court.
