One person is dead after a crash involving a RTS bus and a car. Rural/Metro paramedics responded to the intersection of Jefferson Avenue and W. Main Street Tuesday afternoon. Initial reports showed possible people trapped in the car.

When paramedics arrived at the scene, they declared the driver of the car deceased. Family members have identified him as Terence Frye. The only person on board the RTS bus was the driver. The bus driver was evaluated at the scene and transported to the hospital. Rochester Police are investigating the incident.
