An 11-year-old boy is in critical condition in a hospital intensive care unit after injuring his head in a bicycle accident in Greenwich on Saturday morning. He wasn't wearing a helmet at the time of the crash, police said. The boy was transferred to Yale-New Haven Hospital and was listed in critical condition at 3:45 p.m.
