Madison, WIAt around 2:15 a.m. Thursday, an SUV was northbound on North 91st Street when it departed the roadway, hit the median, and struck a light pole and two trees before finally rolling over. A 30-year-old female passenger was partially ejected from the vehicle, and she was pronounced dead at the scene. The 29-year-old male driver faces charges of homicide by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and operating after revocation, causing a death.
