Sunday, August 31, 2014Around 8 p.m. Sunday three girls were riding on a four-wheeler. 15-year-old Julia Flannagan was driving and pulled the wheel too hard to the left in an attempt to avoid a collision with an unknown vehicle. The four-wheeler ran off the road into the ditch. Troopers report the girls were in serious condition. FHP said none of the girls were wearing seatbelts or helmets.
