Thomas Mabry, 52, killed, after his pickup leaves the roadway and crashes into a concrete culvert on Open Fork Road in Morehead, Kentucky

A man is dead after a crash in Rowan County on Tuesday around 10 a.m. on Open Fork Road. Thomas Mabry, 52, of Morehead, was driving his truck when it left the road, hitting a concrete culvert. The impact threw Mabry from the truck. He was pronounced dead at the scene. KSP says they do not think he was wearing a seat belt. The accident remains under investigation.
