John Walters, 55, was driving his 2006 Nissan TItan pickup on State Route 410 near Naches, Washington when he left the road and rolled over. According to reports by investigators, the man suffered a heart attack prior to the accident, likely causing him to veer off of the road. Walters died at the site of the accident shortly after the crash.

At around 3:25pm, Sveen was driving east on State Route 410 when she lost control and veered off the roadway to left across the westbound lane, which caused the car to roll into a ditch and come to rest upside-down. Sveen was injured and taken to the hospital, but has already been treated and released.
