Los Angeles, CA Natalie Winger was in a wheelchair Sunday night on Hesperia street with her dog, Angel, on her lap, when a dark vehicle hit her and her dog and drove off. The impact broke Winger's wheelchair in two pieces and left her with a concussion, a broken nose and eye socket and other broken bones in her face. The car continued on east on Main Street and went up over a bridge. Authorities are hopeful that surveillance video will aid in the identification of the driver.
