Honolulu, HIA Kihei woman died in an early morning crash on the Lahaina Bypass. The driver was arrested for manslaughter and released pending further investigation. The driver was not wearing a seatbelt, and the passenger was wearing a seatbelt. MPD says that speed and alcohol were factors in the crash.
