Grays Harbor County Jail and Corrections Division
The Corrections Division is managed by the Undersheriff with the assistance of the Jail Lieutenant. They oversee a 176 bed facility which houses prisoners prior to sentencing or after being sentenced to a term of less up to one year. They are assisted by five Sergeants and a staff of approximately 15 full time Corrections Officers as well as support staff.
Grays Harbor Superior Court
Grays Harbor County Superior Court is a trial court of general jurisdiction having original and appellate jurisdiction as authorized by the Constitution and the Laws of the State of Washington. Superior Court Judges hear felony, civil, domestic, guardianship and probate matters, juvenile matters and dependency cases, and appeals from Courts of limited jurisdiction (Grays Harbor District Court and the Municipal Courts located in Aberdeen, Cosmopolis, Elma, Hoquiam, McCleary, Montesano, Oakville, Ocean Shores, and Westport).
Grays Harbor District Court
The District Court of Grays Harbor County consists of two full-time judges, an administrative support staff of eight, and an adult probation department of two. The judges serve four-year terms after election by county voters. There are two courtrooms and court offices, one in Montesano at the courthouse, and one in Aberdeen at the Pearsall building. The probation department has a separate office in Montesano.

Mason County Prosecutor's Office
The prosecuting attorney is the lawyer for the people of Mason County. The main responsibility of the prosecutor is to enforce criminal laws and work for the victims of crime. This includes ordering restitution for the victim, informing the victim of court dates, and acting as an advocate for the victim at trial and sentencing.

When the court determines that a person cannot afford an attorney, the Mason County Public Defender’s Office is charged with representing that person’s interests and rights in their criminal case.
Mason County Superior Court
Mason County Superior Court is a trial court of general jurisdiction having original and appellate jurisdiction as authorized by the Constitution and the laws of the State of Washington. Superior Court judges and court commissioners hear felony and other criminal matters, civil matters, domestic relations matters, guardianship and probate matters, juvenile matters as well as child dependency cases, and appeals from lower courts (Mason County District Court and Shelton Municipal Court), and appeals from state administrative agencies.
Mason County District Court
The Mason County District Court is a Court of Limited Jurisdiction created by the Washington State Legislature in 1961. Mason County District Court consists of 1 (one) judge, elected for four years, one Administrator and 7 full time support staff. The Mason County District Court has jurisdiction over criminal, infraction, small claims, civil and miscellaneous cases.
