Washington, DCTwo people were killed in a wrong-way collision on Interstate 70 in Washington County near Clear Spring early Thursday. A Buick Century heading westbound in the eastbound fast lane collided with a Buick Lacrosse head-on. The driver of the Century, Christopher Crites, 44, of Little Orleans, and the driver of the Lacrosse, Marcy Kauffman, of Williamsport, were both pronounced deceased at the crash site.

Washington, DCMaryland State Police say a Pennsylvania man has died after a car traveling the wrong way on Interstate 70 hit a pickup truck head-on.
Police say a Pontiac Bonneville was traveling westbound in eastbound lanes of I-70 near Hancock on Sunday night when it collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado.
The driver of the Pontiac, 50-year-old Larry Allen Martz of Mayport, Pa., was flown to Meritus Medical Center, where police say he was later pronounced dead.
The three people in the truck were treated on the scene and released.
