Minneapolis-St. Paul, MNHannah Marle Mogard was driving on Highway 19 around 2:45 a.m. when her vehicle left the roadway. She drove through a rode sign, down a ditch, and then struck a culvert before landing on the driver's side door. Mogard was injured and transported to Ridgeview Sibley Medical Center in Arlington.
