A deputy witnessed a school bus driving erratically and very slowly on Highway 47 at about 3:49pm, which eventually stopped in the center of the road. As the deputy approached the bus, however, it started driving again and almost rolled off the side of the highway but incredibly re-entered the roadway, narrowly missed striking a car, and did not stop until police set up stop sticks, which deflated the bus's tires and allowed it to come to rest in a ditch.
