Ryan Chesley was riding his motorcycle on Interstate 15 when a taxi cut him off and he hit the ground hard, where he sustained several broken bones and torn ligiments. Fortunately, former heavyweight boxing champion Mike Tyson was in the area and saw that Chesley needed help. Tyson made sure that Chesley was okay and stayed by him until paramedics arrived. According to the fighter's assistant, Chesley gave Tyson a fruit basket and a handwritten note as thanks for the help in his time of need.
