Tinecia M. Warner's vehicle exited the roadway on a curve on County Route 15 in Sandy Creek at approximately 2 a.m. Saturday. The Chevrolet Avalanche went down an embankment and into a cornfield. Warner, who wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was ejected and was declared deceased at the crash site. A passenger, 37-year-old Norman Bacon, was transported to Oswego Hospital with serious injuries.
