Cleveland-Akron, OHRomosca was driving an SUV west on Route 14 when he for some reason crossed into the eastbound lane and collided head-on with an Isuzu box truck driven by Dennis M. Yukich, Jr., 37. The wreck critically injured Romosca, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time, and he was airlifted to the hospital. Yukich, who was wearing a seat belt, was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries.

Columbus, OHA 61-year-old woman was killed Friday after a head-on crash at the intersection of Northridge and Sadie Thomas roads.
Pamela L. Graham, of Granville, was pronounced dead at the scene, according to a release from the Granville Post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.
