Charleston, SC2-year-old Hunter Grant was in a car being driven by his mother when she allegedly crossed into oncoming traffic on Highway 78 and collided head-on with another vehicle at about 11:55 p.m. Investigators believe that Grant was not properly restrained in a car seat, and that his mother may have been under the influence of alcohol. Tuesday, November 11, 2014The father who was driving and crashed into a tree in Gaffney, killing his 2-year-old daughter, has been arrested.The crash occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday along White Plains Road when the car ran off the road and collided with a tree. The other three occupants in the car, including the girl's father, a 5-year-old and a 6-year-old child, were taken to the hospital. Their conditions are unknown at this time.
