Knoxville, TNThe teen who died in a four-wheeler accident in the Bayside Park neighborhood Sunday afternoon was identified as Chaz William Gill, 16, was died when he ran a stop sign at East Pike Street and Hancock Drive. He was struck by a truck and was pronounced deceased at the crash site. Gill was traveling on East Pike Street when he failed to stop at a stop sign and was hit by the truck. The driver of the truck, Andrew Price, 27, of Pass Christian, initially stopped to give Gill CPR bu then fled the crash site.

Jackson, TNSean Jamal Blackmon, 28, surrendered to police on charges following the October 15th, 2014 hit-and-run death of Marcus Jones on Lexington Avenue in Jackson, Tennessee. Blackmon allegedly ran a stop sign then hit Jones' car, killing him.
