Salt Lake City, UTWest Valley City police have identified a "person of interest" in a hit-and-run accident that left a skateboarder in critical condition. Law enforcement officers want to talk with Joseph Crecencio Granados, 32, in connection with the Tuesday night crash that left a 21-year-old man in a coma on Wednesday. The victim was hit by a 1997 Acura RL as he rode his skateboard north near 4000 West and 4215 South about 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

No description of the vehicle or the driver involved in the hit-and-run is available at this time.
