A 16-year-old girl walked into a business in Mazama, Washington State, on Monday and reported that she had survived a plane accident.Autumn was treated a hospital for minor injuries. The plane left western Montana about 4 p.m. Saturday and was due in Lynden, Washington State, around 7 p.m. Those on the plane were identified as Leland Bowman, 62, and Sharon Bowman, 63, both of Marion, Montana, and their step-granddaughter Autumn Veatch, 16, of Bellingham. The last phone signal from the plane was detected around 11 p.m. on Saturday near Omak, Washington.

A mother, father and their infant son Hudson died Monday before 11 a.m. when a concrete wall being renovated fell from a State Route 410 overpass onto Angeline Road East in Bonney Lake and crushed the truck’s cab. The family lived in the Bonney Lake area. The cause of the fatal incident is under investigation. A construction crew had been working on a project to replace a sidewalk on the overpass. The concrete that fell was part of the original overpass built in 1992.
