Seattle-Tacoma, WAThe Washington State Patrol said a 78-year-old woman caused a crash on Interstate 5 near Mount Vernon when she turned around and started heading the wrong way. The crash happened shortly after 6 a.m. near Anderson Road when the Oak Harbor woman, who was heading southbound, turned around and headed northbound. The state patrol said the woman crashed head-on into a 29-year-old driver in the far left lane.
