Palacio died just after 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning in Middleton, Wisconsin. The accident ocured in the 6700 block of Elmwood Avenue on October 16, 2014. The man was traveling in the eastbound lane when he collided with a parked vehicle on the north side of the road. Though he was wearing a helmet, Palacio died at the scene. Police believe that high speeds and alcohol contributed to this accident.
