Paul Rodrigues, 35, dies and Daniel Mcgivney, 33, injured after ATV accident on Bailey Street in the Bronx, New York

David McGivney and Paul Rodrigues were riding ATVs on Bailey Street when Rodrigues was rear-ended by Mcgivney, causing both men to sustain serious injuries. Neither was wearing proper head gear. Rodrigues sustained severe head trauma and later died at a hospital. Mcgivney was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, driving without a helmet, and for not having any insurance.

 

Alexander Terraciano, 17, killed, after his ATV is rear-ended at night, by a car driven by Barbara Jean Cross, 38, on a county road near Inverness, in Citrus County.

An Inverness teen who was driving an ATV without headlights or a helmet died in a crash in Citrus County on Monday evening. Florida Highway Patrol investigators say at about 8:39 p.m., 17-year-old Alexander Terraciano was driving the ATV on County Road 581. A 2003 Honda Civic driven by Barbara Jean Cross, 38, of Hernando, was driving behind Terraciano and hit the back of the ATV. Terraciano died at the scene of the crash. No charges were filed in connection with the crash.
