Thursday, May 28, 2015Daniel Roux was driving an ATV three miles west of LaBelle, Missouri when he lost control of the vehicle and it rolled. He was taken to Blessing Hospital for treatment, and was listed in serious condition. The Missouri State Highway Patrol was ticketed for DWI and operating an ATV without a valid license.

Trenton-NJAuthorities say a northern New Jersey man was killed when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving struck a parked car.
Plainfield police stated that 21-year-old Piscataway resident Andrew Taylor was killed in the crash, which occurred around 8:15 p.m. Monday in the area of Central Avenue and Ninth Street.
Authorities say Taylor was operating the vehicle illegally and was not wearing a helmet. He was taken to a hospital, where he died a short time later.
No other injuries were reported in the accident, which remains under investigation.
