McQueen was driving her SUV on the ramp from Route 22 to Interstate-78 when she lost control and rolled off the road; her car came to rest on it's roof. After being extricated from the vehicle, McQueen was airlifted to St. Luke's Hospital, where she died a week later from a brain injury.
