Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Justin Blackmon was involved in a crash early Saturday morning when a tire blew out on his car. Alcohol was not involved, according the Florida Highway Patrol. A rear tire blew out on Blackmon's 2009 Denali while he traveled on I-295. The car veered off the road and into a guardrail. The Florida Highway Patrol says the investigation has concluded and no charges will be filed.
