Bad weather conditions led to the accident that left a Police officer named Mike Dailey injured and unable to go back to work. The 2009 Ford Interceptor which the officer was driving on Ryerson Hill Road on his way to respond to a reported crash incident was hit on the driver's side by a truck driven by Nicole Vladyka. The area where the accident happened was observed as having significant snow drifts. Both Dailey and Vladyka were brought to Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway. Officer Dailey is unable to return to duty yet and the police cruiser was brought to a shop for a damage estimate.
