Tuesday, March 31, 2015Liam Fitzsimmons was sleeping in his Santa Rosa home around 4 a.m. Monday morning when the truck barreled through the wall, splitting his bed in half and catapulting him across the room and through his closet door. Remarkably, he was not badly injured. The driver, Timothy Charles Bendana, initially fled the scene but was later apprehended and faces charges.
