Sunday, March 15, 2015The man who died in a tractor incident Sunday likely suffered from a medical condition prior to the accident. Bernard Joseph Siler, 51, Breckenridge, is thought to have suffered a heart attack. He was found about 4 p.m. at the side of Redstone Road, lying on the ground. Siler was pronounced deceased at the site.
