Lexington, KYThe collision occurred Sunday afternoon in Somerset at the intersection of Highway 914 and Enterprise Drive, when car driven by Opal Bryant, 81, pulled into the path of another vehicle and caused the collision. Police say Bryant was taken to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital, but died about nine hours later. Two people in the other car were injured.

Seattle-Tacoma, WAOne man died and three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision in Eatonville Saturday evening. The collision occurred on SR-161 at Eatonville Cutoff Road East. According to troopers, the crash occurred when the driver of a Saturn failed to yield to the driver of a Hyundai Elantra. The 72-year-old driver of the Saturn died in the crash. The 53-year-old driver of the Hyundai and her two passengers, 7 and 10 years old, were injured.

Jacksonville, FLA 3-year-old died in a crash in Putnam County on Sunday morning.
It happened on U.S. 17 at Clifton Road near Crescent City around 9 a.m.
Troopers said Gerard Buchan, 74, was driving a 1999 Ford Explorer westbound on Clifton Rd. when he stopped at a stop sign. When he started moving again, he didn't yield to a Dodge Caravan, according to the Florida Highway Patrol report. The vehicles crashed in the intersection.
Ashley Thomas, 29, was driving the Caravan and sustained serious injuries.
