A dump truck head west on I-26 attempted to change lanes to the left, but failed to yield to a semi-truck and was struck by it on the left-hand side of the rear. The collision caused the dump truck to flip, and both of it's occupants, identified as Arthur Covil, 70, and Charles Jackson, 59, were thrown from the vehicle.
