Baltimore, MDPolice are on the scene of a fatal accident in Baltimore County.
Authorities say a pedestrian was fatally struck on Pulaski Highway near the Harford County line.
It happened east of Jones Road as it crosses over the Big Gunpowder.
The westbound lanes of Route 40 are closed at this time. Take Route 7 as your alternate.
