Curtis A. Rauvola, 75, seriously injured, taken to hospital, after his pickup collides with a truck, driven by Terry L. Walker, 56, at an intersection on Minnesota Highway 56 near Cannon Falls.

A Cannon Falls man was seriously injured Friday morning when the pickup he was driving was hit by a straight truck west of Cannon Falls.

Curtis A. Rauvola, 75, was taken to Regions Hospital in St. Paul, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The patrol said he was driving west on 300th Street Way when he pulled out in front of the truck, which was being driven north on Minnesota Highway 56 by Terry L. Walker, of Lodi, Wis. The pickup was hit in the driver's door. Walker was not injured.

The accident was reported at 10:16 a.m.
