Washington, DCA woman was flown to a York County trauma center, after a three-vehicle crash Wednesday on Route 11 in Chambersburg, state police said.
The crash was reported at 5:28 p.m. at the intersection of Route 11/Molly Pitcher Highway and Loop Road in Franklin County, according to a state police news release.
Relying on witness accounts, state police determined the crash was caused by a vehicle driving south on Route 11 that ran a red light and collided with another vehicle that entered the intersection on a green light from Loop Road.
