A man died and two other people were injured in a Stevenson Expressway accident Wednesday when an SUV caused a chain-reaction crash which involved three vehicles. The crash occurred when the driver of a Ford Expedition SUV, traveling at high speed, changed lanes to take an exit and rear-ended a Dodge Ram. Both vehicles crashing into a concrete wall. The Dodge then hit a Honda Civic. Neither the driver nor the sole passenger in the Ford were wearing seatbelts.
