Danielle Rhone, 29, and nephew 2-year-old Kaedan Body killed in hit-and-run accident on Interstate 10 in New Orleans, Louisiana

The New Orleans Police Department says it's close to making an arrest in Sunday's deadly hit-and-run accident on the Interstate 10 Highrise. Police say it happened shortly after 1 a.m. Sunday. Danielle Rhone, 29, and her nephew, 2-year-old Kaedan Body, both died. According to police, the car Rhone was driving stalled near the top of the Highrise due to mechanical problems.
