New Orleans, LALloyd Giddens was driving north on Louisiana Highway 25 at about 2:15 a.m. when he veered to the left from unknown reason and traveled off the road. Then he overcorrected to the right and lost control. The car begans rolling and struck two large trees. He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead ath the scene. Fire crews had to remove the roof of the vehicle to extract Giddens. Investigators suspect impairment as a factor in the accident.
