Andrew M. Mrzygut remained in critical condition at Erie County Medical Center tonight. Mrzygut was on Whitehaven Road when his car was struck from behind just after midnight by a car driven by Nicholas A. Fachko, 25, also of Grand Island. Both men were taken to ECMC by ambulance but Fachko was treated,released, and charged.

Eugene Kelsey III, injured, transported to hospital, after his motorcycle is struck by a car, driven by Anthony Viscuso, 35, who was arrested for DUI, on Grand Island Boulevard in Grand Island.

Erie County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a Kenmore man for DWI after and accident with a motorcycle Sunday on Grand Island. Deputies responded to an accident on Grand Island Boulevard between a car and a motorcycle.

Upon arrival, witnesses told investigators that a car driven by 35-year-old Anthony Viscuso veered into the driving lane of a motorcycle driven by Eugene Kelsey III, of Grand Island, sideswiping and knocking the motorcycle over.
