Huntsville-Decatur, ALMelvin Brown, 85, of Lacey’s Spring, was pronounced deceased at the crash site on I-65. Authorities say Brown’s 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche overturned, ejecting him from the vehicle. Brown served as the pastor of Valhermoso Springs Holiness Church for about 43 years. Justin Moore, 34, of Hartselle, was the driver of the second vehicle. He sustained minor injuries in the collision.

Huntsville-Decatur, ALSunday's crash left 18-year-old Summer King in critical condition. Her vehicle exited the road around U.S. 31 and Midway Street Sunday evening. The vehicle over-corrected and crossed four lanes, and rolled. She was ejected from the vehicle.
