A young woman and two children were killed in a head-on crash in Stephens County Tuesday. Britanie Raschell Welty, 28, of Loco, was pronounced deceased at the site of the crash which occurred at 4:15 p.m. on Pinto Road northeast of Healdton. The identities of the two children, a 2-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl, who were passengers in Welty's vehicle, have not been released. Welty was traveling southbound when for unknown reasons she crossed the center line and collided head-on wth a tractor-trailer driven by Ronald Ollis, 46.
