All victims were taken to the hospital, but while the woman and the 18-month-old boy were both treated and released, the 6-year-old boy died the next day. Satterwhite was uninjured in the accident and has now been charged with intoxication manslaughter and manslaughter.

Police are investigating if a medical emergency caused an elderly woman to crash her vehicle in southeast Houston.

It happened around 9 p.m. Friday in the 10000 block of Almeda Genoa.

Houston police say a 79-year-old woman was driving on Almeda Genoa when she lost control and crashed into a traffic light pole.

Officials say the woman was transported to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital where she died.

The woman was the only person in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

Police believe a medical emergency caused the woman to crash.
