Tuesday, April 21, 2015The accident happened just after 11 p.m. Monday on the Julia Tuttle when a woman and her female passenger were driving and another car cut her off, causing her to swerve. The driver hit a bicyclist, knocking him into the Biscayne Bay below. Authorities found his body about 20 feet from the site of the accident in the water. Police have not identified the male victim.
