Phoenix, AZA man who works at a Tempe bar faces felony charges after he allegedly fled the scene of a fatal hit-and-run in Tempe, police said. Jon Alguire was crossing the street mid-block near Apache Boulevard and McClintock Drive on Friday around 9 p.m. when he was hit by a vehicle, said Tempe police Lt. Jeffrey Glover. Gordecki faces one count each of driving under the influence, felony hit-and-run vehicle collision and false reporting to police.
