Eugene, ORHuber reportedly lost control along Oregon 58 and the truck overturned. He was pronounced dead at the scene and was using safety restraints. A dog that was riding in the truck survived the crash. The accident is under investigation.

Eugene, ORA Nampa man was injured when a commercial truck loaded with medical supplies crashed on Highway 58 in central Oregon about one mile west of the Willamette Pass Ski area.
Oregon State Police troopers from Oakridge and Springfield investigated the crash and cited the driver.
Police say around 1:15 a.m. Thursday, an International trucking pulling a semi-trailer driven by 64-year-old Teodor Margineanu was westbound on the highway when he failed to safely negotiate a curve.
